Resolved Question: Can someone define these 8 health problems?

i have regular headache problem and that is why i have done MRI of brain and below is the report..pls advise!

IMPRESSION
1. Mild diffuse cerebral atrophy
2. multiple small foci of hyperintense signal on T2W and FLAIR images in bilateral frontal and parietal subcortical and deep white matter, These are non specific, possibly small vessel ischemic changes.
3.Left ethmoidonasal polyp
4. Abnormal mucosal thickening in bilateral mixiallary, ethmoid and sphenoid sinuses. >> full story

Resolved Question: What does "Cerebral Cortical Atrophy" mean?

My brother was in an accident and he had a head injury and concussion. They sent him for a scan and he has obtained this report to take to another doctor, We read it and it says "cerebral cortical atrophy". The doctors never mentioned that but did mention a "bleed" on his brain. What does that mean? Is it something bad? will he be ok? Is he brain damaged? He seems ok, but he's hurt. He's talking and everything. I'm scared for him. Please can you explain to us what that means and the implications? >> full story
